Your responsibilities
- Lead Local Supplier Chain Organization Slovakia as part of local plant team and Global
- Supply Chain Organization
- Define interface definition with Supplier, Customer and IEE internal Parties
- Constant material demand analysis and proactive reporting
- Local inventory control
- Local control of SOP / Revision / EOP/ Supplier Selection
- Process definition
- Organization & Skill assessment/Training/Coaching
- Training and Certification according to GCS training concept
- Report based upon SCM Balanced Score Card
- Responsible for customs issue
- Local Supply Chain budget response
Your profile
- Commercial or Mechanical Engineering degree
- University education (Master’s degree), Postgraduate (Doctorate)
- 2 – years leadership experience, minimum
- Leadership capabilities
- Ability to motivate and guide people
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Microsoft Word – Advanced
- SAP – Advanced
- English – B2, C1
