Software Project Coordinator (m/f)

Your responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring that software solutions meet required quality and performance standards and are delivered on time
- Working closely with the Development Team Leaders to plan and execute software projects
- Tracking projects from beginning to end to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget, maximizing concurrent project scheduling and proactive forecasting of resource allocations and risk potentials
- Defining and controlling the project software development budget
- Defining and analyzing software requirements
- Procuring necessary technical data from customers and suppliers
- Liaising with Program Managers, Hardware and System Engineers, customers and suppliers
- Organizing and participating in reviews: software design, architecture, development plans, test plans
- Supporting the developers in identifying the root cause of issues
- Assisting with software process improvements
- Supporting the Software Development and Validation Team
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- Academic degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software project management
- Working experience with:
- C/C++ as an embedded programming language; Python, C#, Java are considered assets
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- UML
- micro-controller hardware and peripherals
- requirements analysis methods and requirement management tools (DOORS)
- Experience with Software Defined Vehicle concept
- Working experience with different automotive OEM’s
- Experience in automotive processes and quality standards (Functional Safety, SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA, AUTOSAR) and in automotive networks (CAN, LIN) is an asset
- Excellent communication, analytical and team working skills
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); German or French is considered an asset
