Your responsibilities would include:
  • ​​Creating high-level architectural designs that align with business requirements and technical constraints
  • ​Providing technical guidance and mentoring to development team members ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
  • ​Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the architecture meets both functional and non-functional requirements
  • ​Producing and maintaining comprehensive architectural documentation
  • ​Conducting code reviews to ensure that the implementation aligns with the architectural vision and adheres to quality standards including security, reliability, and usability
  • ​Identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • ​Ensuring that the architecture supports optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of the software system
  • ​Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, to adapt architectural strategies accordingly

 

You would need to meet the following requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • ​At least 5 years’ working experience of Software Architecture and Design Patterns
  • ​Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve architectural issues and make decisions that balance technical and business needs
  • ​Very good knowledge of UML, Object-Oriented Analysis and Model Driven Development
  • ​Knowledge of the followings are considered assets:
    • ​Microcontroller Hardware and Peripherals
    • ​Embedded Software Development
    • ​Automotive Processes and Quality Standards (e.g., A-SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA)
    • ​Requirement management tools
    • ​Agile Development
  • ​Working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • ​Ability to manage deadlines, proven experience balancing multiple priorities
  • ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ​Service-oriented and well organized
  • ​Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French are considered assets​
