Process Engineer (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Process Engineering Department.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Organizing and maintain production process flow
• Writing the working instructions, process documents and ensure the training for the operator and setup team
• Improving continually existing operation to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving
• Investigating the problems affecting production and report and recommend solutions
• Providing manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target
• Organizing meetings with other team members to facilitate growth

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• 4+ years experience as process engineer
• Experience in automotive companies
• SAP knowledge
• Good knowledge of using office software (MS office)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
