Materials Planner
Located in Zapopan (Mexico)

Your responsibilities would include:
- Creating purchase orders and general agreements
- Handling non-production & production part procurement
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Managing material shortage
- Creating and analyzing supplier forecasts
- Evaluating suppliers
- Processing ramp up scenarios for new products and/or suppliers
- Processing EOP parts discontinuation
- Following up of change management and logistics requirement of IEE suppliers
- Following up on IEE KPI’s e.g. material availability
- Monitoring inventory levels for production parts
- SAP User for Module MM (Material Management)
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business administration or related
- 1 – 3 years experience in equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset
- SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules MM) (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) are considered assets
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
- Fluency in English is required. German and French are considered as assets
