Labor Relations Specialist (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Human Resources Department.

Your responsibilities

• Managing internal conflicts with a methodology based in solutions
• Reinforcing the discipline program in the plant
• Being in contact with union trade association
• Giving personal attention to the employees which cases their needs more personalized attention
• Supporting all “terminations” (trial period and involuntary terminations) and “voluntary resignations”
• Auditing frequently the compliance with all the Mexican Federal Labor Law requirements (LFT)
• Auditing the compliance with internal procedures/processes related with Human Resources department
• Auditing frequently that the Documentation, contracts, etc are under control and legislation

Your profile

• Bachelor´s degree related to the job position
• At least 7 years of experience as Labor Relations Specialist
• Experience:
  • as HR Generalist
  • in manufacturing industry, automotive is a plus
  • in handling Union collective relations
  • in coordinating programs of Labor Relations/Conflict management
• Very good knowledge of Federal Labor Law of Mexico
• Fluency in English spoken and written is required
