Group Tax Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring compliance with local tax laws in various jurisdictions (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax)
- Staying updated with OECD guidelines, EU directives, and U.S. tax reforms
- Conducting regular tax compliance audits to ensure the accuracy of all tax filings and payments
- Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation
- Ensuring arm’s length pricing for intercompany transactions
- Managing transfer pricing audits and disputes
- Participating in the development and optimisation of transfer pricing policies to align with business strategies
- Collecting and consolidating financial and tax data across entities
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of CbCR reports
- Understanding thresholds and filing requirements in different countries
- Providing regular training to relevant teams to ensure a thorough understanding of CbCR requirements
- Interpreting and applying the OECD’s Pillar Two rules
- Calculating Effective Tax Rates (ETRs) and identifying top-up tax exposures
- Coordinating with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance
- Monitoring changes in the global tax environment and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Identifying and mitigating tax risks in cross-border operations
- Supporting tax audits and managing relationships with tax authorities
- Implementing tax governance frameworks
- Conducting internal tax risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Advising on cross-border structuring, M&A, and supply chain planning
- Identifying tax incentives and relief opportunities
- Supporting cash repatriation and withholding tax optimization
- Collaborating with business units to develop long-term tax planning strategies that support overall company objectives
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional tax qualification (e.g., CPA, CTA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, transfer pricing, and CBCR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), German or French is considered an asset
