Group Tax Manager (m/f) - IEE Smart Sensing Solutions

Your responsibilities would include:

Ensuring compliance with local tax laws in various jurisdictions (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax)
Staying updated with OECD guidelines, EU directives, and U.S. tax reforms
Conducting regular tax compliance audits to ensure the accuracy of all tax filings and payments
Ensuring arm’s length pricing for intercompany transactions
Participating in the development and optimisation of transfer pricing policies to align with business strategies
Collecting and consolidating financial and tax data across entities
Ensuring accurate and timely submission of CbCR reports
Interpreting and applying the OECD’s Pillar Two rules
Calculating Effective Tax Rates (ETRs) and identifying top-up tax exposures
Monitoring changes in the global tax environment and adjusting strategies accordingly
Identifying and mitigating tax risks in cross-border operations
Conducting internal tax risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
Advising on cross-border structuring, M&A, and supply chain planning
Collaborating with business units to develop long-term tax planning strategies that support overall company objectives

You would need to meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional tax qualification (e.g., CPA, CTA) preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax compliance
Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, transfer pricing, and CBCR
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English (spoken and written), German or French is considered an asset
