Buyerlyser – Material Planner (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for the purchase and negotiation of the necessary materials for operations, and skills communication with supplies
• Evaluate the quotes of suppliers and services to determine the most convenient suppliers
• Work in constant communication with the Intercompany partners
• Contract negotiations and the price for small and medium volumes contribute to the profitability of the company
• Review the price differences between suppliers, in order to solved and prevent future problems or disagreements with suppliers
• Processing EOP parts discontinuation
• Follow up of Change Management
• Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE suppliers
• Follow up on IEE KPI’s e.g. material availability
• Monitoring of Inventory levels for production parts
• SAP User for Module MM (Material Management)

Your profile

• Industrial engineering or bachelor degree related with commercial business
• 2 years of experience at least in the position
• SAP 1 year of experience or similar ERP
• Strategic negotiation
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
• English language skills medium-advanced
