Business Controller (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Finance department.

Your responsibilities

• building Business Cases for Customer projects
• defining target for plan and defining phase for future comparison
• monitoring unit piece cost, unit piece price, development project cost, volumes and track deviations at each project development phase
• updating unit costs, unit prices, volumes and analyzing, updating gross margin for key customers
• estimating delta profitability (delta unit cost, delta unit price, delta development cost, delta development revenue) coming from Engineering Change Requests)
• Participating in gross margin improvement plan
• Participating in 5-year Business Plan and Budget construction
• Analyzing and explaining deviations
• Participating to any specific continuous improvement, generic or strategic project

Your profile

• University education (Bachelor’s degree) in economics specialization
• ability to manage and support high workload
• adaptability
• analytical skills
• communication skills (oral and written)
• ability to work within an international environment
• English language (B1-B2)
• 2 years of experience in a similar area
