Advanced Quality Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing all quality-relevant measures during product and process development
• Responsibility of APQP process
• Preparing of releases for Steering Committee
• Acting as a key contact and support for the customer for all quality-relevant topics during the product development phase
• Taking responsibility for risk management
• Confirming the tractability from product requirements to product validation by working in close cooperation with the engineering teams
• Product development maturity level by using appropriate quality tools and methodologies
• Driving quality assurance activities during the product industrialization phase
• Driving review processes on technical documentation
• Organizing and following up of customer audits
• Minimizing quality risks and future Scrap Cost
• Supporting customer in case of problems
• Performing Quality Statistics and Reports
• Frequent participation on Customer audit

Your profile

• A good knowledge of:
  • relevant quality standards and tools (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, QS9000, VDA 6.3., Automotive SPICE standards, Functional safety, Risk assessment, etc.)
  • quality methods / tools used during development ( FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 why, etc.)
  • requirements management
• University education (Master’s degree) / Postgraduate (Doctorate)
• Fluent English and German, all other languages (e.g. French) are considered as an asset
• Good moderation and presentation skills
• Good problem solving skill
• Good working knowledge of office software
• Ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
• Flexibility and mobility, willingness to travel
