Industrial Engineer (focused on technical processes)

Your responsibilities

• Sourcing of production equipment for new products or processes
• Process and tool development for new machines and products
• Tracking equipment requests assigned to his person until he delivery to internal customers within the given timeline
• Contributing with all activities to the general goals:
  • reduced risks for operators regarding health and safety
  • reduced machine setup times
  • low production scrap
  • reduced cycle tome
  • optimized machine availability
  • ensure process capability
  • reach key performance indicators
• Performing machine acceptance tests at equipment suppliers or in-house

Your profile

• Good analytical skills, contributing to team success, pro-active attitude
• Technical finesse and experience with complex and automated machines and processes
• Project management experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing (at least one year experience in a plant)
• Six sigma knowledge is considered as an asset
• MS Office tools and basic database knowledge, SAP basics, AutoCAD
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a global environment and be able to travel/work in the different remote locations
• Endurance to lead projects till a successful implementation
• Cooperative and team oriented
• Fluent in written and spoken English
