Customer Service & Planning Supervisor

Your responsibilities would include:

• Processing of Customer Orders
• Processing of Customer and Intercompany Deliveries (in case if needed)
• Processing of Customer and Intercompany Invoices
• Analyzing Customer Forecast and Customer Orders
• Analyse production planning and detect constraints in process.
• Follow up with Production Planning / Buffer Management to meet Customer Due Date
• Coordinate month end /year end closing activities with Finance
• Processing of ramp up scenarios for new Customer Projects
• Follow up on Internal Project to meet Customer Requirements
• Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE’s Customers (Platforms)

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• 5 years of experience at least in the position
• Lead the customer service team
• SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) are considered assets
• Knowledge of production planning
• Fluency in English is required.
