Accounting Supervisor

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Finance Department.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Provide strong support to emigrate information from domestic software to SAP
• Checking accounting information and elaborate work papers, in order to validate the accounting information and make corrections in its case
•  To check and validate the chart of account (COA) according with approved by corporate
•  Update the accounting items (accrual and provision, etc.) of expenses or liabilities that each Mexican company must to recognize as well to check disclosure information on basis accounting standards
•  Validate each document with file XML in portal of tax authority for taxations deductions purposes
•  Prepare and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
•  Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations
• Report to finance management regarding the accounting topics of the entities

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree as Accountant
• Trade custom IMMEX Decree
• Annex 24
• Economic Analysis
• International Trade
• IFRS standards
• Mexican standards
• Tax and social security
• Labor law
• Taxation code
• Income tax law
• Law of mercantile societies
