Our whistleblowing commitment

IEE Group maintains a global Whistleblowing System to protect integrity, compliance and sustainability across all our operations and our entire value chain.

By reporting concerns, employees and external stakeholders help to prevent and address misconduct related to compliance, sustainability and integrity within IEE.

When and what to report

Anyone who faces or suspects a violation of IEE’s Charter of Values, Supplier Sustainability Policy or other internal rules can raise a concern, including employees, customers, suppliers, service providers and other partners in the value chain.

Reports may cover, for example, fraud or corruption, harassment, health and safety violations, environmental breaches, data privacy concerns, or other serious misconduct.

The Whistleblowing System does not handle customer complaints, which should be addressed through the usual customer service channels.

How to report a concern

Reports can be submitted at any time via our dedicated whistleblowing email address:

whistleblowing@iee.lu

Each report is reviewed and investigated individually and confidentially by designated whistleblowing resources, and feedback is provided within three months of submission.

For IEE employees, the Whistleblowing Policy, reporting process and related documents are available on the intranet whistleblowing space. This internal space provides detailed guidance, procedures and points of contact to support you when raising a concern.

Confidentiality, anonymity and non‑retaliation

IEE’s Whistleblowing System is independent and designed to be fully confidential, with the possibility to report anonymously where permitted and technically feasible.

IEE guarantees strict protection of personal data related to whistleblowing reports and limits access to authorised resources only.

IEE guarantees non‑retaliation against whistleblowers who report in good faith and prohibits any threats or attempts at retaliation. Retaliation against whistleblowers or persons assisting them will lead to appropriate disciplinary action in line with IEE rules.

Legal and policy framework

The IEE Whistleblowing System is based on the IEE Group Global Whistleblowing Policy and complies with the EU Whistleblower Directive – Directive (EU) 2019/1937 – and applicable national laws.

In case of any discrepancy, the IEE Group Global Whistleblowing Policy and related internal procedures prevail over the information provided on this webpage.
