Design Engineer (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Development department.

Your responsibilities

• Designing sensors according to the IEE standards and rules from the Dummy phase to the mass production status in the development team
• Managing the design modification requests from the Development, Production and Customer in his design projects
• Providing design support to the development team
• Organizing the launch in prototype and mass production of his projects respecting the IEE rules (Design review, routers, drawings, SAP R/3 organization…)
• Following prototype and pre-series productions
• Managing the production change requests point of view design tasks and production in timing when required
• Organizing and managing his/her project timing
• Following the Project Structure Plan (PSP) and all defined company processes
• Adapting to trends in automotive industry, continuously increase own professional knowledge
• Applying latest knowledge to own work and adapt own scope of work to evolving requirements of industry
• Assisting in mentoring within organization using engineering knowledge and problem solving facilitation skills
• Maintaining a clean desk policy
