Your responsibilities

  • Leading Local Supplier Chain Organization as part of local plant team and Global Supply Chain Organization
  • Conducting material demand analyses and proactive reportings
  • Forecasting and ordering of parts (operative purchasing)
  • Daily delivery control, deviation reporting, forecasting and prioritization of deliveries
  • Customer Volatility Control
  • Checking feasibility and organize parts availability (in connection with Supplier Management function)
  • Supporting Customer Satisfaction Measurement
  • Controlling and managing local inventory according to given goals
  • Managing local production planning

 

Your profile

  • Administrative, technical or economical education; a degree in Logistics or an university degree would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset
  • High level of knowledge in SAP
  • Knowledge/awareness of overall business processes and their dependences e.g. Customer Service <> Production, Controlling, Finance, Material Management, Production Planning
  • Theory of Constraints experience (TOC)
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills, ability to lead and to work in a team
  • Leading a team in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is required
