Senior Manufacturing Leader (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Leading all aspects in Operation (for Production Unit)
• Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager
• Continuous improvement for quality, cost, Health & Safety & Environment
• Controlling of projects to reduce the scrap rates and improve productivity
• Leading and supporting of team members
• Setting goals with team members and encouraging achievements
• Establishing continual education and training for team members to help them improve their skills within the company
• Ensuring making suggestions for process improvements to upper management
• Listening to team members and working with them to solve problems and overcome obstacles in the production​

Your profile

• Academic degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent college/university in a technical field
• Career experience as a manufacturing leader
• Ability to tackle complex issues in a high-pressure environment, taking initiatives
• Customer oriented, engaged towards the team
• Demonstrable experience in the application of a logical approach to problem solving
• Flexible, self-motivated & confident team player with integrity and discipline
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Strong communication / listening skills, team spirit
• Showing strong technical skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional way
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered an asset
