Quality Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities
- Ensuring information transfer from local to global Plant quality assurance
- Working on scrap reduction activities
- Working on continuous improvement activities
- Responsibilities of customer internal supplier complaints
- Working on problem solving process (8D reporting)
- Performing data analysis (scrap data, traceability data, EOL data)
- Ensuring machine releases
- Supporting quality inspection decisions of quality inspectors
- Supporting product, packaging, process audits, blocking, releasing, scrapping of parts
- Responsibilities related as – deputy of department manager
Your profile
- Good knowledge of Automotive Quality processes and Quality tools (at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience with Quality norms and auditing system is an asset
- Good communication, cooperation skills
- Resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility
- Reasoning, complex problem-solving and ideation
- 8D problem solving, 5S, Layered process audit, continuous improvement, DMAIC, PDCA, Statistical process control, failure catalogues, Lean, Six Sigma
- English – Upper intermediate (B2)
