Process Engineer (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Process Engineering Department.

Your responsibilities

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow
• Write the working instructions, process documents and ensure the training for the operator and setup team.
• Improve continually existing operation, to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving
• Investigate the problems affecting production and report and recommend solutions
• Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target
• Organize meetings with other team members to facilitate growth
• Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations–i.e. propose and justify new process equipment to improve performance
• Work with design engineering on DFX (design for excellence) to include:
  • Design for cost
  • Design for manufacturability
  • Design for assembly
• Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, cycle time, cost reduction and close the feedback loop
• Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology
• Establish a training and quality culture

Your profile

• B.Sc. Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Good knowledge of using office software (MS office)
