Manager IT Operations (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Information Technology Department.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating, planning, and leading IT activities within the company and its subsidiaries
• Defining IT strategy, architecture and processes
• Establishing business roadmaps and ensuring respect of SLA and delivery of the roadmap
• Monitoring performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to provide recommendations for improving the IT landscape
• Managing IT teams of different specialists located worldwide
• Leading and prioritizing projects: time, resources and budget planning
• Ensuring IT security over the entire network
• Supporting production operations
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, technical and business partners

Your profile

• Academic degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ leadership experience in a similar position
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
• Strong people management and coaching skills: ability to build, develop and manage high performing, customer-focused teams
• Excellent critical thinking skills to assess and resolve issues, understand complex designs and bridge communications between technology and business
• Understanding of manufacturing and industrial processes
• Service-oriented, results-driven approach
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, as well as analytical skills
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory, German and/or French is considered an asset
