Industrial Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Assuring punctual production of prototypes for internal and external customers
• Responsible for manufacturing engineering in customer program teams
• Supporting remote manufacturing locations and distant development locations on site
• Ensuring different project phases (staged release process)
• Helping the plants to keep a high level of standardization of material, tooling, machines, processes and documentation
• Defining and implementing KPI’s
• Interface between customer projects and manufacturing related subprojects (e.g. Process engineering, Material development)
• Continuous learning, propose improvements on machines, processes, testers, traceability, sensor functionality
• Defining requirement specification of new production equipment due to new products
• Supporting smooth integration of technology/products into mass production

Your profile

• University degree in technical or mechanical engineering
• Ability to work autonomously and strong organizational skills
• High awareness of production is relevant
• Performance indicators including health, safety & environment
• Project management experience, strong knowledge of manufacturing (at least one-year of industrial plant experience)
• Several years of experience in an automotive environment is an asset
• Fluency in English is required and German is considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, basic knowledge of SAP and database
