Embedded Software Development Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities would include:

• Developing real time software for automotive electronics systems
• Reviewing System Requirement Specifications
• Analyzing component level software requirements
• Designing component level software
• Participating in software architecture elaboration
• Coding and testing software components
• Reviewing Use Cases, Software Architecture/ Design and Code
• Supporting configuration management, project management, change control and problem resolution for allocated components, quality audits

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Proven professional experience in embedded C programming
• Profound knowledge of micro-controller hardware and peripherals
• Profound knowledge of RTOS
• Knowledge of the following topics are an advantage:
  • digital signal processing, image processing, and/or radar signal processing
  • Object Oriented Analysis and Design
  • experience with UML
  • requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS) and SW Project Management
  • automotive processes and quality standards (e.g. SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA)
  • automotive networks (CAN, LIN, etc.)
  • AUTOSAR, MCAL, (EB Tresos, Vector DaVinci, etc.)
• Excellent communication, analytical and team working skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, German or French is considered an asset
