Designer Graphics and Media (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Marketing & Communications Department.

Your responsibilities

• Being in charge of the company’s corporate identity and ensuring all visual communication content aligns with IEE’s CI
• Elaborating the creative strategy for videos, website, social media, factsheets, advertising media and other collateral pieces
• Taking part in creating product positioning concepts and interpret the given concepts into graphics, online media visuals, videos, animations, 3D visualizations and print layouts
• Filming, editing and production of in-house videos
• Optimizing the design and user experience of the web page with interactive elements
• Designing templates and layouting of company reports
• Supporting tradeshow and internal event planning process
• Organizing, managing, and coordinating photos and audio-visual material with external providers
• Managing relationships with outside vendors, including advertising, electronic media, public relations and other agencies and contractors

Your profile

• University degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visual/graphical concepts
• Experienced in usage of technologies for creation of visuals and graphics (e.g. filming, photography, editing)
• Knowledge in 3D art and printing processes would be an asset
• Experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Animate, After Effects, XD), Microsoft Office suite and ideally Word Press
• Motivation to support a broad range of general marketing and company related matters
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Pro-active attitude and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, fluency in another language, especially German or French, is considered an asset
