Customer Service Representative (m/f)
Located in Velka Ida (Slovakia)
Your responsibilities
- receive and control new customer orders and scheduling agreements
- check sales contract concurrence
- check order availability in SAP
- to be main contact for a defined number of the customers
- inform customers about deliveries
- create and control the invoices(credit/debit notes) to the customers
- monitor and escalate volatility of the demand
- negotiate with the customers about the special requirements
- create the deliveries for the customers on time
- create inter-company deliveries to replenish IEE warehouse
- co-ordinate the shipments and pick-ups with the shipping department
- participate on the change requests; change management meetings
- prepare the analysis and reports on demand
- participate on supply chain meetings
Your profile
- University education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- active English- Upper intermediate (B2)
- experiences with purchasing, production planning of customer service is strongly asset
- basic knowledge of Logistics processes
- experiences with SAP is advantage

- strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office – Advanced
- SAP – Basic
