Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (m/f)

Industrialization of new products and processes
Ensuring product development with minimal process time and scrap
Acting as an interface between customer projects and manufacturing related subprojects
Defining the requirement specifications of new production equipment
Performing manufacturing checks and design reviews
Participating in D-FMEA and P-FMEA sessions
Ensuring product knowledge is transferred to the different plants during the development phase
Improving machines, processes, testers, traceability, and sensor functionality
Helping the plants (locally and remotely) to keep a high level of material, tooling, machine, process, and documentation standardization
Supporting a smooth integration of technology/products into mass production
Leading Six Sigma projects to sustainably reduce the scrap rates

A university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Previous experience in an automotive environment is an asset
Knowledge of production related KPIs, such as quality, HSE, and productivity
Knowledge of Six Sigma methods and Lean manufacturing is considered an asset
Project management experience is considered an asset
Excellent MS Office skills, and a basic knowledge of SAP and database systems
The ability to work autonomously, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and a proactive approach
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory, German and/or French is considered an asset
