Production Supervisor (m/f)

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Production Department.

Your responsibilities

• Organize, moderate and follow-up meetings with the production operators
• Assure a good communication between all people working in his area (service departments, operators)
• Execution of worker distribution at the beginning of the shift
• Definition of production priorities based on the TOC overview
• Confirmation of production figures
• Treatment of scrap and line breakdowns
• Responsible for the release of the production line
• Assure the use of tools like VV’s
• Execute performance evaluations, including training plans
• Assures punctual production for internal and external customers
• High awareness of production relevant performance indicators incl. health & safety & environment
• People planning based on the customer demands
• Continuously work on scrap reduction topics
• Follow-up of production relevant KPI`s
• Labor education
• Continuous improvement​

Your profile

• English language skills basic
• Min. 2 years experience in a similar position.
• MS office tools and basic database knowledge
• ERP knowledge
• Organizational and leadership 360° skills
• Knowledge about 5S, workplace ergonomic needed
• Experience with personnel management
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (is a plus)
