Hardware Development Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Being the technical lead of the HW development and HW test team
• Ensuring a state-of-the-art HW development process in collaboration with the HW team in the Luxemburgish headquarter
• Training and developing the team members of the HW team
• Supporting the HW development projects with your experience and guidance
• Being involved in HW developments, for instance in:
  • HW Design
  • HW Testing
  • HW specifications
  • Failure analysis

Your profile

• An academic degree in electrical engineering is a must
• Experience in Automotive HW development is mandatory
• Extensive experience in HW development
• Ability to distribute and spread knowledge within the team
• Respectful and cooperative communication to the team members
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• The ability to analyse and solve complex problems
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in MATLAB and Python is considered as advantage
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German and French are assets
