Tooling and Set-up Supervisor (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Organizing the schedule for the tooling administration (for the supervisor in charge of ensuring a good tool condition)
• Ensuring the training of the tooling according the supplier/internal specification tool
• Optimizing the task for the preventive maintenance in order to reduce the MTTR (for the supervisor in charge of the preventive maintenance tool)
• Ensuring the preventive maintenance of the tooling according the task defined (for the supervisor in charge of the preventive maintenance)
• Ensuring the disassembly/assembly on machine correctly according the task defined (for the supervisor in charge of the set-up)
• Organizing the technicians planning to support the production in case we have some issue of the tooling /set-up
• Analyzing the tooling/set-up failure to prevent the future failure of the tool and review with the preventive tool team the task list
• Organizing a regular audit to have an assessment of the tooling/equipment and improve the availability rate of the tooling

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or similar
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in tooling/set-up
• Knowledge of tooling administration

• Fluency in English is desirable
